Social responsibility is an ethical theory in which individual are accountable for fulfilling their civic duty. and the action of an individual must benefit the whole of society.In this way,there must be a balance between economic growth and the welfare of society and the environment. 

DIVERSE CULTURE. 

India is a home to many people with different religions,caste,calture,and traditionals.

India is a country of various cultures,races,language,and religion.It is a land of unity in diversity where people of different life style and manner live together. 

And if we are talking about Indian cultural diversity how can we forget about Indian food.for Indians food is a symbol of celebrations and happiness.we have variations of food for different states, culture, and occasions.

SOCIAL STRUCTURE- social structure guides people's behavior.people develop these perception,attitude,and behavior from their place in the social structure.and they act out according.all of the components of social structure work together to maintain social order by limiting,guiding and organizing human behavior.

1).HIERARCHY-hierarchy is a system in which organise things according to the power or important.it is followed by so many years and decades.

2)INDIVIDUALITY 

Have you ever thought about individuality??? Is it important to you?? Well, many people speak about individuality before the have even recognize what individuality really means.after taking a fashion designing as a career.I realize how necessary individuality is for the individual.be open and honest to our self is important.don't hide your opinion and don't lie to make yourself look or feel better.love your personality love the way you are.

Let people inside and allow them to see what a great individual you are! 

a) father-the provider and head of family 

b) mother-one of the strongest pillar of our family.and say in every discussion 

c) me-only child of my parents and including in every decision.

ETHICS AND VALUES-

According to my understandings ETHICS learns towards decisions base upon individual.and more subjective understanding of right and wrong by individuals.

Values inform our thoughts words and actions.

The decision we make are a reflection we make are a reflection of our values and belief and they are always directed towards a specific purpose.

Indivuality is the art of belonging to being yourself 

We're all unique.god makes us unique so stop trying to be perfect.perfection doesn't exist.

Take a little time out to focus on yourself sit with your emotions check your thoughts.

Listen to your inner voice it will help you to realize your true potential.

And please please stop comparing your life with others life. Stop listening to others opinion.

Be true and honest with yourself never blame others for your problems.take Your Own decisions lead your life like a true leader.
